Michele, originally from Anaconda, Montana, earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Montana State University. Since moving to Cheyenne in 1993, Michele's journey with Blue began as a young professional with a vision. Over the past three decades, she has consistently displayed perseverance and commitment to the credit union's mission of empowering members and promoting financial well-being. Starting as a Marketing Director, she quickly ascended the ranks, assuming roles of increasing responsibility and demonstrating her passion for serving individuals and strengthening community ties.

Today, Michele holds the position of Vice President for Public Relations and Membership Development for the largest credit union headquartered in Wyoming, with assets exceeding $1.8 billion and a membership base of over 118,000 individuals worldwide. She has played a vital role in shaping the credit union's image and impact. Her dynamic leadership has led to numerous initiatives that have bolstered the credit union's reputation for community involvement and social responsibility. Under her guidance, Blue Federal Credit Union has expanded its membership and become a trusted partner for individuals and businesses seeking to reach their goals. Michele's devotion to education and financial literacy programs has empowered members to make informed decisions and secure their financial future.

Kim joined the team as Chief Financial Officer in 2006, managing Blue’s financial strategy, data analytics, risk/compliance, and administration functions. In 2021, Kim moved to the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer role. This role is focused on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives as well as credit union growth. Within the Strategy Team, Kim oversees: Marketing, Membership/Community Relations, the Office of Project Management, and Member Solutions.

Boost Center Executive Director

Laura Fowler leads this groundbreaking initiative as the new Executive Director of the Blue Foundation. Laura is distinguished by her commitment to uplifting others. With over 38 years of experience in music and education in the Laramie County School District, she has significantly impacted children from underserved backgrounds. ​

After retiring from teaching and co-creating the PEEPS program (Parent Engagement and Educational Partnership with Schools), Laura shifted her focus to helping individuals and families in the Cheyenne community. Holding a master's degree in education and various certifications, Laura aims to transform the Boost Center into a sanctuary for community members, offering safety, healing, and supportive assistance.

In Laura's own words, "Observing the daily struggles encountered by the under-served, my motivation to pursue further training was kindled. This not only allowed me to witness its transformative power but also provided me with a more profound understanding of how to connect with and assist the most vulnerable individuals in our community."
