Board Meetings

Grant decisions are made during board meeting each March, July, and November.

An annual Member Meeting is held every January and live streamed on our Facebook page.

 

The Blue Foundation will have three funding cycles:

Cycle 1: Deadline for Submission

March 1 – 5:00 p.m.

  • Listing of requests sent to Board  |  March 6 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Foundation Board Meeting  |  March 15 at 12:00 p.m. 

  • Notification of funding status  |  April 1

Cycle 2: Deadline for Submission

July 1 – 5:00 p.m.

  • Listing of requests sent to Board  |  July 3 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Foundation Board Meeting  |  July 6 at 11:30 a.m. 

  • Notification of funding status  |  August 1

Cycle 3: Deadline for Submission

November 1 – 5:00 p.m.

  • Listing of requests sent to Board  |  November 2 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Foundation Board Meeting  |  November 7 at 11:00 a.m. 

  • Notification of funding status  |  December 1
